Students can sign up for the class using the button on the Home Page by providing basic contact details. The email ID is verified by an automated email. Once the email is verified, the user will secure/obtain access to the system. You could browse the classes offered on the platform using the Search option and sign up for the specific courses. If you are a parent and want to sign up on behalf of your child, you can create your child's account and sign up for the class by making the payment through credit card. For monthly classes, payment should be done one month in advance.
Yes, you could request for a trial class and Classvio team will allot few time slots to you for the trial class. You can sign up for the trial class without making any payment.

Individual Class: All
requests for rescheduling should be communicated through the
messaging system on our platform. One reschedule per course in a
month is permitted, provided the teacher accepts the changes.
Reschedule requests should be sent at least 2 days in advance.
Group Class: Students are allowed to attend a different class if they are unable to attend their scheduled class. This is restricted to one class per month and is subject to availability of a slot in another class. Request for attending another class should be sent at least one day in advance. Classes might be rescheduled if any unresolved technical/other issues prevent it from being conducted smoothly.
A computer with webcam or a tablet with front camera is the main requirement. Broadband internet connection with good speed is required for seamless video/ audio transmission. Any cable or fibre optic connection in Singapore should provide sufficient speed.
Once you click "Become an Instructor" and input the details and submit, the notification is sent to Classvio team. Our team will arrange for a quick interview, followed by a trial class. Once our experts approve your application, you will get access to teacher module of the platform. You can input the details on your education, experience, etc. once you get access to the platform. Another important input you need to provide is your available time slots.
Once you fill up the profile information, and after screening activities are completed successfully, the Classvio team will make the profile visible on the platform.
Based on the demand and teacher's schedule, Classvio team creates group classes on the platform. Classvio team will also add you as teacher for courses for which you have expressed interest.
For group classes, students are expected to sign up through our marketing activities and word of mouth communication. Instructors are encouraged to spread the word to get more students to sign up too. Speak to Classvio team to understand our referral programs. Students visiting our platform will select the teacher and signup for customized individual sessions.
Your payment will be done each month through bank transfer. The bank details are to be provided in the profile page. You could track your earning in the dashboard.
No, there is no fee for using the platform.
